Am I impaitent or is the company at fault?

As we all know around this time last year 3 companies merged into one mega mystery shopping company. At the time of the merger, I had some questions. I e-mailed them, I got told "someone would be in touch."

I checked my records I e-mailed them in April, no one responded.

I mean as far as I can tell I was deactived back in 2012 by this company because of one e-mail I sent after they gave my info to a company I wouldn't work due to this company's cheapness.

Does anyone know how to get the attention of these companies when you write and write, and you have no one responding?

Are you saying that your e-mail in April 2015 was a request to be reactivated after you were deactivated in 2012 after sending a harsh e-mail to them? They may be ignoring you. Many companies are done with you once they deactivate you.
It's a be careful for what you wish. Change in mystery shopping is a given. Who shops whom, requirements, fees, schedulers, editors, owners. Sometimes the change is for the better. If you can reach someone on the phone, that could be your best hope.

For future reference, I would advise not to burn bridges. Instead, just turn off email notifications.
I am going to try and clear things up.

Remember 3 companies became 1.

1st Company. I left of my own free will turned off my account. (We all do it no one gets mad)
2nd Company: I am assuming got the nasty e-mail (They got the e-mail back in 2012)
3rd Company: I am assume never heard of me.

Despite my account being deactivated, I keep getting updates from them about what they're doing as they merge. I mean I hate calling people, but if that is what it takes to get to the bottom of this mess I will do it.
If the 2nd company was Beyond Hello your probably out of luck.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
Beyond Hello is the first company where I deactivate my own account of my own freewill.

We don't all deactivate, I never have. If they don't have jobs that I want of if there is a problem I just give them a break I never cut ties. I'm not saying that you are wrong for having done that I just wanted to say that we don't all do it.

Pammie,
Like anyone who does this full time I am trying to run a business. To me if you don't meet my qualifications you get cut, it's that simple. It's nothing personnel, it's just a matter of the fact that I don't want to keep getting e-mail after e-mail after e-mail of job offers that I don't want. It's a waste of time, and time is money.
I agree with pammie. I understand your reasoning perfectly and don't fault you for deactivating yourself with companies if you don't think you ever want to work with them again. But pammie's point is a very valid one. We don't all deactivate. When explaining why you choose to deactivate, I understand perfectly, but I agree with pammie that saying "we all do it no one gets mad" is not true or relevant.
Don't deactivate, just set up an email filter, and send their email directly to "deleted", in case you ever change your mind

I understand, I wasn't trying to be critical of you I was just pointing out that we don't all deactivate. I have never deactivated an account even though I was really tempted to when one company outsourced all of their schedulers a few years ago.

I've never, ever deactivated an account with any MSP. Been doing this for a very long time.
I have never deactivated myself from a MSC and as far as I know, I have never been deactivated by a MSC. I have updated my profile to not accept job offers by email and/or phone calls but I am still active and able to check their job boards if/when I want.

After doing some research and reading "reviews" in this forum, there are some MSCs that I decided to not even register with. Many of those companies are now out of business or were swallowed up by another company that I was already registered with.

I agree with not burning bridges. You do not know what the future holds,
