Is International Service Check late on payments?

I completed six shops with them during their last round of smartphone jobs that began November 1st. The fee structure stated that the shops would be paid out in 3-5 weeks. I have shops that are now six weeks overdue and the scheduler assigned to those overdue shops is not replying. It doesn't surprise me because they seemed to have hired a few whose first language is not English. I remember e-mailing them about something that required and answer and I had to e-mail them a few times because their replies simply stated "k thank you" or "hai thanks"

I have an update. I was able to reach someone and was told that payments are invoiced 3-5 weeks from the shop date and the paypal payment is put through a week after the invoice. This isn't what it says in the paperwork that I printed. I also noticed that they were paying those shops out within three weeks before. It's only been recently that I am receiving payments a month+ from my shop date.
good to know as I'm waiting for one too and it seems to be much longer then normal.....
My Paypal account was credited last night for the mobile phone shops I had completed with them. I really like this MSC. Great shops and prompt payment.
I received mine as well, but not for all of them. I didn't receive payments for shops that I did after Nov 21st. I feel bad for a friend who I referred. He didn't get a payment and thinks he may have given them his old e-mail address on his invoice. He deleted that e-mail address and deleted it from his paypal as well. He's waiting to hear back to confirm the e-mail address that was used. He attempted to register the address again but gmail usually keeps an e-mail address unavailable for quite some time after someone deletes it.

They used to pay out every three weeks. They seemed to have stopped doing that this year.
I recieved notice today of payment.

Do not read so much, look about you and think of what you see there.

Still haven't been paid for my remaining november shops. The fee invoice that I printed out states that we'd be paid within 3-5 weeks.
Hello,

I always like to update my threads. I completed six shops during their smartphone round in february and have received my payments up until the shops I did after February 20. I am still missing payments after that. I contacted the schedulers for those shops and was given the same generic "payments take 4 to 5 weeks from shop date" to pay out. I e-mailed the address above and received the same reply. However, the information on the shop page said that we would be paid in 1-5 weeks. I sent a screen shot of this information back to the schedulers and haven't heard from them since. I have acquaintances who did shops for them up until the end of the month and they too have not been paid yet.

I just got a payment e-mail from ISC for a shop done on March 3. So, it was paid earlier than I expected, and sooner than the 5 to 6 weeks that I've seen in the past. My February shop with them was paid in 5 weeks, and the March one in just a little more than 4 weeks.

It sounds as if they are telling you correctly what their payment time frame is. Not sure when they've ever paid more quickly, but in the two-plus years I've been shopping for them, my payments have always been within the stated 6-week period. I'm going by the overall shopper information document I have.

Maybe the information in your shop guidelines was incorrect? If so, they should certainly correct it!

How funny! I just received an e-mail too. I did post a link to my copy of the guidelines in the other thread. The payment was still six days late based on that information. Either way, I can confirm that I've been paid. The e-mail hasn't loaded on my phone so I can't see if I was paid for all the remaining shops.
I have been waiting for my payment for 8 months now, they just keep giving me explanations and moving the date, being that all my 5 evaluations were approved on november and the payment is partly a reimbursement of money I had to pay myself. I am very disappointed on this company. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM! I have worked for six other international mystery shopping companies and this is so far the only one that I have had touble with. PLUS they blocked me from their facebook page after I wrote my complaint on one of their posts, so I can not even contact them there.
While I appreciate you are upset, I've also read this exact post in three places now. Anyone who chooses to read about International Service Check would see this so once is sufficient.

On another note, each shopper is running their own business and will make their own decisions about shopping for a company. Perhaps instead of yelling at us you could explain the situation. What "explanations" are they giving for delaying payment for eight months. Personally I would call them excuses because I find it hard to believe they can actually justify such a long delay which undoubtedly violates their own payment terms.
