I also have nothing but good things to say about Amusement Advantage. The reports are lengthy and detailed, but I was aware of that before I applied for any of their shops because I read the job descriptions, surveys, etc. I have done a few and I've learned that some of them, for me personally, are not something I will choose to do again, but that's not because AA did anything wrong or bad.
I appreciated the pre-visit call from the scheduler as she relayed tips, tricks, and reminders about key parts of the shop. There was one shop I did for them where I was supposed to find a few specific types of employees and I could not find them to save my life. I called their 24 hour number and the associate I spoke with was very understanding and helpful. Another time, I was trying to take a picture of an employee without a nametag and people kept standing in front of him so the picture was horrible. They didn't complain.
