I have done around 15 shops for them over the past 2-3 months all for the same client and I gotta say that they were easily one of my favourite shops.
Super easy report, just needed a couple pics, but I really liked them even though they do pay fairly low. However, for the amount of work that was involved I would say the pay wasn't too bad.
I never heard from them, ever (except please log on now you have shops in your area emails). Reports were never graded and no feedback was ever provided.
They would mail me ADP payroll-like pay-stubs that showed how much funds were direct-deposited into my account.
There were no schedulers for the shops I did - just assigned on a first come first serve basis. I have only seen 1 client with them, which is gone now in my area.
Although I am new to mystery shopping (only started in about October), I have done a lot of shops (considering I work full-time and only do this for "fun"
for probably well over 20 companies, and this company is probably my #1 favorite to date. Maybe that will change if I ever do different client shops, but for now I wish all companies were like them.
Some people may really hate the fact that there is no 'person to person' communication with them, but that's what I like most.
