I do a number of shops for NSS and would like the paypal option but does anyone know if they will have an area for the shopper to verify the shop being paid? There is a memo attached to the checks with the info on the shop (i.e. date shopped, report number etc.) which makes it easy to match up with my records.
I wish that they'd pay a little faster. They were one of my first companies, back in the 90's.
What I find so odd is that the checks I receive always have a date about 3 wks. before I receive it. For instance, I have a check I received on 1/6 that was dated 12/17/2015. What's up with that?

I just changed mine to PayPal. There was a question about it as soon as I logged in.

Shopping Southeast Pennsylvania, Delaware above the canal, and South Jersey since 2008
Sunny, I think plmccut was asking if the payroll history will be available in the future with the Papal payments. It's available now with the check history, but I think they are asking if this will still be an option on the webstie after they switch to Paypal.

Okay, thanks!

That's their "approved to have a check cut next time we cut checks" date. It has amazed me with the variety of accounting departments in the variety of companies that I've seen (outside of MS), how the cycle seems to be like this.
Hey all!

We're as excited as you are about the PayPal option. We're working out all of the kinks that come along with a new process and TRULY appreciate your feedback and suggestions! As we move forward we'll streamline and perfect the process, including having printable "check stubs" that detail what's been paid out. For this pay period (and possibly the next) you'll be able to log onto our website and see which shops were completed / an overview of the payment made to you, like you've always been able to.

Please continue to reach out to us at NSS and provide us with tidbits and gems of what you think we could do better for YOU!

As always -we appreciate all you do!

B-Eason: Brittany. I really enjoy your pizza shops. I have no complaints! smiling smiley

I want to also thank you guys for always bonusing me and for the "not flipping the pizza over to take a picture of the bottom crust" picture anymore...tongue sticking out smiley
Egads, that and no more dissecting and folding the pizza, numbering slices, and taking photos of the side view, bottom view, and flipped views.

The real drawback of all the flipping of the pizza, was that the pizza was "stone cold" by the time you did all those pizza somersaults, uploaded them, verified they were correct, and accepted. Not to mention not very appetizing to look at after you did all those things...It is so much faster now! smiling smiley
Yes, and then when they did the "cheese" only mutilated pizzas. Ugh. And if they didn't bonus me, I wouldn't touch any of the current shops with a 10 foot pole...but enough people like the chain enough to do them for reimbursement only. It would be nice if the client would allow for some variety every now and then, like a specialty pizza or extra toppings...sigh.

We're glad that our client was fantastic enough to nix this requirement too! Though we certainly can't take all the credit. winking smiley

We do, occasionally, have specialty pizza shops! They are sporadically spread out throughout the year and we don't know about them very far in advance but when we get them they are scheduled offline and I usually send an email to anyone with a shop scheduled during the time frame I have to get them done. Keep an eye out for an email from me in the future! grinning smiley

I agree. The more menu options you give shoppers, the more shoppers will eagerly grab these shops. smiling smiley But luckily for me, I enjoy the topping choices but if they expand the menu items we can order, that would be great!
I love pepperoni pizza, don't get me wrong. I love pepperoni and mushroom pizzas as well. But wouldn't it be great to be able to get a 3 or 4 topping pizza?

Brittany, should I PM you my email address? I have been shopping for NSS for at least 10 years now, and I do about 50 shops a year for your company. I would love to do a specialty pizza shop and have never been offered one in all of these years.
Brittany - Love the pizza shops and love the pay. Schedulers are fantastic to work with and always responsive. Since the photo requirements have changed I've been averaging about 8-10 of these shops every month for the past several months. I just wanna know when my name is going to be selected from the prize drawings!
Hi there!

Glad to hear you enjoy working with and for us. smiling smiley

Keep entering your name in the hat and I'm sure it will be pulled at some point! winking smiley

I always thought it was funny when they had the cheese pizzas. I was over at my sister's house and ordered a couple of pizzas to leave them there when I was done taking pictures (her kids would eat them up for me). I thought my niece was funny in that she actually requested the "little pieces" on the cheese pizza. She said that they tasted better when they were little. She was about kindergarten age at the time so was probably just a kid thing or maybe the smaller slices were easier for her to handle.

Shopping across Indiana but mostly around Indianapolis.
Hi NSS,
I am glad to return doing [client initials removed] shops- I was banned for 1.5 year (spotted shopper). I hope they will not be so punitive about this in the future. Some delivery guy guesses right and now you can not do the shop for 1.5 years. Seems extreme. Love the pizza though.

One of the things [client initials removed] ought to tell its delivery persons is, "Do you need the change back?" is rude. I call it "tip shaming." I give a decent tip- 15% minimum- but I do not like the suble arm twisting in a statement like, "Do you need the change back?" Tell the delivery guys to just hand them the change (without the expectant look or pause please)...... and the tip will come when it comes. Always not gracious to have a "hands out" attitude with money.
