Thanks for the info, jenni. We are always interested in hearing payment problems that could mark a trend. When did you work for BMA and when was your payment due? When and how many times did you e-mail them, with no response? I've never had difficulty with payment from them, although it has been a while since I did an assignment for them. Does CTCSS still schedule their shops? Who was it you e-mailed? Perhaps someone here can suggest a better contact.

Have you been paid by them before or was this your first shop for them? Just checking: have you completed a W9, giving them your taxpayer info?
If you haven't yet, try emailing emma@mysteryshopperservices.com. She has always been prompt and responsive for me. When my first payment from them was late, I emailed her right away. She looked into the issue and informed me that they had not received my W-9 and signed Contractor Agreement. (You have to do these on paper and fax or mail them). She forwarded me copies of the forms due, confirmed when they were received and gave me a new payment date. Since then, everything with them has been smooth as butter for me.

I haven't worked for them for a while. I didn't have an issue when I did. They are on ISecretShop now, so their shops are less desirable to me. Besides, it looks like the fee had gone way down on the cell phone shops.
I'm hoping Jenni comes back to let us know the resolution. I'm guessing she needs to sign her Contractor Agreement and complete the W9 and will then be paid quickly.
I have taken a few of their cell phone shops as filler ones when I was in the area and had some time. I got paid on time via PayPal.
Yes, I'm still waiting to be paid for a shop from last year and all my paperwork has been received. Emma does not respond to voicemails or e-mails either.
I just posted about iSecret Shop app payment issues before reading this thread. I reached Emma by phone on Thursday and she told me they had some issues with PayPal which have now been resolved and I would be paid on Monday. Monday has come and gone and no payment...I have about $200 outstanding with them and I won't be doing anymore jobs for them...this is ridiculous.
So your issue is with BMA not paying on time? iSecret Shopper is a platform, not an MSC.

Jessa, if your payment issue is actually with BMA, you may want to go back to the thread you started about isecretshop and edit it. If you worked for BMA, then BMA will pay you, not isecretshop. As myst said, isecretshop is actually not just an app, nor is it a mystery shopping company. isecretshop is a platform, like Sassie, Prophet, and Clientsmart. All payments are made by the company you work with, not by the platform the company uses for posting and reporting shops. I have worked for a couple of isecretshop companies within the last couple of months and had no difficulties or late payments. BMA is not one of the companies I have worked recently with so I don't know whether or not they are having payment issues.

But, PLEASE, edit your post. If only one company on isecretshop is late in paying you, starting a rumor that there are payment problems with all isecretshop companies would not be fair to all the companies.
My payments are late from BMA and Mystery Shopper Services. Sorry for the confusion.
