Sentry Bill.com

I have not paid much attention to the bill.com stuff. Do we have to go in and sign into bill.com and request our money. New to working with this one.

I just got an email from them this morning. It looks like Sentry is going to use Bill.com to send me a check (minus a $2 handling fee). Reviewing my emails from Sentry, it looks like I forgot to go back in December and set up my account for direct deposit. I guess that is an option that would avoid the check fee, but I am not sure if it is set up through Sentry or Bill.com. I don't do much work for Sentry right now, but in a few months, my town is getting one of the chains I have done for them in neighboring areas, so my work through them might be increasing. I will need to make sure to set up that direct deposit so I don't get the check fees any more.

Could I have a receipt please?
I have Bill.com with another company. I get a notification when the check will be deposited into my account. I much prefer Pay Pal. I don't like giving out any information about my accounts. To play it safe I use a savings account for Bill.com. You can move it yourself to your checking account. I'm not saying that Bill.com isn't safe, but the less information into my personal accounts the better.
I believe Sentry will set you up with a Bill.com account if you don't already have one and then you go into that account to set up direct deposit. Dave walked me through the process when they first made the transition. It has run smoothly ever since then.
Wow, how do I find out how to do this? I don't see anything on their site. I don't even know who to contact.

I think when I first signed up with Sentry, I got an email explaining how to sign up with bill.com ... Maybe check your spam folder.
