How long does HS Brands take to pay?

I searched the boards, but may not be using correct key words. Did a shop at the beginning of November, still waiting for payment before I decide if I want to shop with them again. This is standard for any company I am trying out, however its been over two months. Before I jump the gun and start emailing and protesting, is this standard for them?? Thank you.

Yes, and their shop guidelines tell you when to expect payment.

HS Brands's payment schedule (from their shop guidelines):
===
"Payment: Shoppers must use our PayPal system to get paid. Payments are submitted to PayPal approximately 60 days after the last day of the month in which they were shopped. Shoppers must set up their own PayPal account at www.Paypal.com. "

If you completed the shops in November, then then payment would be *approximately* 60 days after November 30, which would be approximately January 31.. They sometimes pay up to a week later (is that what they mean by (approximately?), but I always get paid (since 2008). Sometimes they pay earlier, but this is their stated payment schedule.
I s not them an email and was told November shops will be paid by February 2. They sometimes extend the dates. They are slow to pay but they do pay.
I consistently have to chase payment with them and rarely get paid on time; a week late would be fast. However, I'm still going to apply for their oil change in my area since I need it done anyway.

There's a reason their nickname is Service SLOTH.

Ironically, I just got paid by them about an hour ago, for my 11/3 shop.
Now, finally, all my 2015 shops are accounted for!
ha ha! I haven't heard Service Sloth before... that's a good one.
I agree that they're one of the slowest paying MSCs I work with. I've been consistently doing shops with them for about six months or so, though, and I've never had to chase payment. My notes say I've been paid on the 30th, 28th, 23rd, .... usually right before the end of the month by Paypal. Feb 2nd doesn't seem unreasonable since the last day of January is a Sunday.
I try not to do too many shops for them since they're on the slow side in terms of payment speed. Unfortunately (or fortunately) I really like a few of their shops, so I find myself going back despite the slow payment. If I had to chase them down for payment, that would be a different story, but it hasn't happened to me yet.

My shops from the second half of November show Payment Pending, so I figure they're coming in soon. They are definitely the slowest company I deal with. I've never had to chase payment, but I do find that they don't necessarily stick to their supposed payment schedule.
Ok, thank you everyone. I just checked today and it says PAYMENT PENDING so I suppose that means soon. Wow, None of my other MSCs even pay close to this long. I will definitely be putting them at the bottom of my shop priority list.
I have always been paid without any need to contact them. They are on a longer cycle than most, yet pay consistently. When I get a check and open it, I usually can't remember what shop it was for until I go to my spreadsheet. They have some nice jobs, so it's worth the wait for me.
Looks like payments went out today for November, at least for me. I received everything I was waiting on this morning.

Shopping central Arizona.
I received mine this morning as well. Although they have a slower payment system than any other company I work for, they did pay exactly per their stated payment terms. Payment for November was due "approximately" yesterday, 1/31, a Sunday, and payment came in first thing this morning.

My last November payment! Of course, I have several payments for December, from SS and other companies, that I'm waiting for!
I scheduled a shop with reimbursement and when I read the payment time line, I asked them to remove it. At that time It was June and they had a notice on their website stating February shops had been paid. I did not apply for shops for a couple of years then did one recently. It has a reimbursement that will take 2 1/2 months to get but it was a bonused shop and I bought two wiper blades. A very easy shop. So I'll do some shops for them from time to time. But the lengthy pay period discourages me from shopping with them.

Do not read so much, look about you and think of what you see there.

I received my pay for November shops today. They are within what they state but it is a really long turnaround.
I got paid for my December shop today: a couple of weeks before I was expecting it. Maybe they're trying to make up for being late with November's pay?

I just got paid from them today too, and it was for 12/6 shop, so I was surprised because I didn't expect it until next month.

I don't know if this is the same across the board with Sassie shops, but on the few I have had to look up, you can find the agreement linked at the bottom of your profile.
Forever. Don't hold your breath.

No really though - I got paid the other day for shops I did three months ago. I work with so many different companies that I didn't really notice how late they were until I came across this thread hehe. If you have a lot of income coming in and can afford to wait, then by all means, do shops with HS Brands.

I am still not paid for the jobs done in Nov 15. I had written to them a few times. Finally got their acknowledgment and said they are looking into it. Not sure how long they are going to drag. Over 40 assignments altogether. Anyone else had experience like this?
I got paid early (well... relatively early. Early based on their stated payment guidelines) again this month. I was paid by Paypal for Jan shops on March 2nd: almost a month before I was expecting payment.

Lisa.Malkowski@hsbrands.com is the email with which I have had success in chasing payment.

I worked as MS in the other part of the world, under HS Brands Asia. They had this new site "Sherlock" where we could email all the queries to them including payment issues. But it takes forever despite repeatedly tracing. I wonder what is the next step I can do, if they still don't pay.
The information you need is at the Service Sleuth web-site. HS Brands, The Mershimer Group and Service Sleuth. They pay by Pay Pal only in the US. They pay 60 days after the last day of the month you shopped. They always pay within the 2 to 3 month period. I enjoy shopping for them.
They also pay through Paypal for other Asian countries except India. Anyway, just received payment a few days ago for one of the job done in early Nov. But the rest of the jobs in Nov still no news. Have been chasing and chasing, only reply looking into it. This is very frustrating to me. I had done more than 100 assignmnets with them since Oct. Till now only the Oct jobs and 1 job in Nov were paid.
Are they having a cash flow problem? Anyone in this side of the world experiencing a delayed in their payment for so many months?

I just got paid for a shop through PayPal in the US for a shop I did on 1/13/16 got paid 3/9/16.
Go to your long and review the dates.
Only got my pay for Nov assignments last week. Now waiting for Dec which is more than 90 days due. Repeatedly asked them for updates on this but was ignored. On their website they are saying that Jan assignments are being proccessed in March. And here I am still waiting for my Dec fee.
