found a lot of replies about this company and they are just as confused as I was when I try to login to get guidelines for a shop thanks everyone
Kern Scheduling, KSS, is actually not a MSC. It is a company of independent schedulers who schedule shops for a number of MSCs. When a shop is scheduled by KSS, the shop will actually be performed for the MSC KSS is scheduling for. The report will be filed on the MSC's website and the shopper is paid by the MSC. KSS only schedules the shop.
There are some shops which need to be "entered" on the KSS website after you do the full report on the other MSCs website. Entering it on the KSS website generally consists of selecting the date you performed and reported the shop. But, it is an important step.

Yes, I have done about 30 shops that have been scheduled through KSS. I have only worked with one KSS scheduler (Shelly) and have found her to be very helpful and prompt with any email replies. The instructions they give are clear (to me) as to how to get the guidelines and enter the shop info. If it's a Kinesis shop, for example, you get the guidelines and enter the shop on the Kinesis web site, and then go to the KSS site and simply enter the date you completed the shop. For assignments scheduled by KSS with Reality Check, you enter the shop on the RC web site and there is not the extra step of having to confirm on the KSS site that it has been completed (I think maybe because both KSS and RC are Sassie sites and Kinesis is not). What are you having trouble with?
As stated, they are purely a scheduling company for other shopping companies. The fastest way to get a job assigned is to apply for the job with the company that wants the shop and then contact the scheduler who posted the shop if your trying to get shops lined up:
