I completed my first shop for MCG and it was a high end restaurant shop mid January for and there is a statement on their site they pay at the end of the following month. That is standard in this business but when I send several emails and leave voicemail and no response it is not good business practice.
I've been doing this business for almost 8 years and it's only happened to me a handful of times but would feel better about a slow payment if they would respond to my calls and emails. I had even received an email for new shops earlier this week and was tempted to apply for another dinner shop but figured I would wait to receive my payment.
Has anyone had any issues with them or can give me some insight, since this was my first job with them.
