Satisfaction Services Getting Paid

Has anyone had problems getting paid from this company? They are three months behind paying me.

I haven't worked for them in quite some time and haven't heard anyone complaining. I would suggest you call them and see what is going on.
I have done Satisfaction Services shops for about two years and have never had a problem. They usually send checks the first of the month after 30 days past your shop. Let's say you do a shop today 4/12/10. Your check would be mailed most likely 6/1/10. Sometimes I get it sooner but I have never waited for 90 days. I would call your contact person to see what is going on.
I finished a small job for them, the first in years...don't tell me I won't get my whopping 10.00.....does it never end.

Live consciously....
I recently completed a shop for them, submitted it, receipts the whole deal. Three days later they send me an email. "Because we did not hear form you, I had to delete your shop, as a result, you will not be getting paid or reimbursed"

They are con artist. So Im out 16.00 for a few subs. it could be worse.
I have done two shops for them this calendar year, and been paid per contract for both.

I don't see much here. I did one shop for them in January and got paid right on time. No problems. It was a straight forward shop and reasonable report form. I'd shop for them again.
I did a shop for them confirmed over the Internet and got paid right away. I took another at the last minute for a scheduler (They like working over the phone) and I didn't get paid for a while. When I complained, I did get paid and after that I decided I would ONLY take shops over the Internet so I had proof of the agreement. If they call, I tell them THEY MUST send me an email and I will reply to consider it a "contract".

They don't pay well enough for what you have to put up with in scheduling, but if I need food on a busy day, I will take shops for them.

The reports are generally easy.
I've done 2 shops for them so far, both wing meal shops, both scheduled through private eyes. One several months ago and I got paid right on time. The second was 4th of July weekend, not time for payment yet. Easy shop, not a bad report form. I thought they were ok.
Most of their shops are direct email. As far as I know, there's no job board. The Italian restaurant came through a scheduler. Payment has been no problem. Check is cut the end of the month following the shop and arrives in my mailbox a week after that.
I have done shops directly through them contacting me, through Private Eyes, and through another scheduling firm. The other firm did "higher end" family casual places such as the Italian place. Not fine dining, but not wings and subs. My checks have been cut from two separate locations-Fl and TX.

I have accepted shops over the phone with the SS schedulers. The shop is then placed on the website and I have to ''accept' it. The scheduling company that initially posted the Italian restaurant may have hit a snag or two. That shop went back to SS for assignment.
That's weird, Mert. I just got an offer from the scheduling firm for the Italian place last night.

I find the casual dining shops pay faster than the sub shops. Neither is "fast", but....that's my experience.

I have done 20 shops for them over the past year and have never had a problem. I was always paid on time the first of the following month.
