I did a couple of shops for Ace this week using the MobiAudit. Are there any other MSC using this app? Are there any other MSC using apps that you like?
I love MobiAudit, too. It's an app for the Shopmetrics platform and many of the MSCs who use that platform use it. If you go to [msjobboard.com] and sign up, you can register with many participating MSCs. MS Job Board is to Shopmetrics what Jobslinger is to Sassie.
I'm attempting to figure this app out. I'm normally pretty savvy with software. I have two current shops with ipsos that I should be able to view. But, when I sync, my mailbox still comes up empty.

Maybe try deleting that profile, exiting the app, reopening, and recreating the profile?
