Did you send email to Mary Gwizd - Accounting / Admin? I had to send few emails but then it was resolved quickly. As I remember minimum payment allowed via Interac is $10.00, less than that would be a cheque. My shop was less than that and Mary offered to mail a cheque, but then combined with my other shop and paid me quickly via Interac.
My last shop was completed in June, so I do not expect the payment yet.
