Second to none report today?

Hi, I need help. Today is my first time to shop for second to none and I went home and I want to do my report right away but I can't find it on the website of second to none? any ideas? I need to enter my report in 12 hours and I don't want to wake up early just to do this.

After you log on, you will be on your Dashboard page. Look in the left column under My Shop Status where you will see your scheduled jobs. You should see the number 1 for one scheduled job. Click on "Go" and that will get you started. If you only see zero, that means you do not have a scheduled job. In that event, send an email to the scheduler. To find the name of the scheduler, start from the beginning. Go to "Shops", click on the same or similar shop assignment, and look under Scenario on the right column in the middle for the scheduler's email address. Schedulers for STN respond promptly so check your email frequently. It will all work out. This is just part of the learning curve!

On your Dashboard, if there are any of your shops In Process, the report has been submitted, and is waiting to be reviewed. After a report has been reviewed, it can go to two different places: Payments Pending (it was accepted), or if a report is rejected, it can be seen under Ranking/Learn More.

Shops due are listed under the Scheduled tab. Click on Go where any shops to be done will appear. To complete a report, click the Thumbs Up button, under Submit Shop.

Good morning Mert, I did all above and when I click on submit shop nothing opens for me.

I have the PDF file of the questions and instructions but how can I do this online? if I click all the above it goes to assignment details and the only thing I could click is the review instructions and the certifications.

yes I do have the shop listed under the scheduled tab. I click on it and it gives me the assignment number, project, location, address, city , state, zip code, shop date, re-send confirmation, submit shop with thumbs up, and guidelines. I tired to click whatever I could and it always just go to the details of the assignment details but nothing open up for me to enter my report.

Is the correct shop date listed? If there is a future date maybe it won't let you access the report yet?
