All I saw when I followed the original link (while it still worked) was a complaint by you. I did a search for the company and came up with the same. I don't see the sense in wasting people's time sending them to look at the same thing that is posted here. Was there something else on the page before?

I don't recall sending you there! I think you decided to go there on your own. That was posted for those that got burnt by the MSC. If you didn't why do you care? Just to complain? Have a Great day anyway!

Has any shopper been paid or not been paid by this company? I submitted a complaint to the BBB and received the following response:

"In response to the complaint, Yes this Independent Contractor did do an assignment for us. However he was not paid because the information submitted was not complete (sic) the right way. Please see our policy below. We are by all means correct in withholding payment to any Independent Contractor. When the Independent Contractor signs up with our company they are fully aware of this. This Independent Contractor was not paid for incomplete work." They went on to cite the IC agreement.

I am preparing my answer to their response. I was never informed that there was any problem with the assignments I completed. They were simple restroom checks at supermarkets along with pictures. I following the instructions precisely and took good pictures. They were submitted on time.The shops showed "payment pending" for many weeks after the shops were submitted. When I did not receive payment by the expected time noted in the assignment details I tried to call and email them. My call voicemails were never returned and the emails went unanswered. Subsequently, I could no longer log into the website as I was apparently deactivated.

Before I submit my rebuttal information to the BBB I am curious to learn of any other shoppers experiences with this company. So far, as shown on this thread, there is at least one shopper with a similar experience. Anyone else?

Wow, it seems like he thinks he found some sort of loophole to claim no one does the assignments correctly. He can't even write a response correctly... hmmm. Glad I missed this awesome opportunity to get scammed. Thanks to you all for the warning to others, and I hope you all get your money!

Did anyone take screenshots of their shop logs showing payment was pending to show the BBB?

You guys have nothing better to do with your time. I HAVE BEEN PAID by this company many times. And I have a friend that does assignments for this MSC and gets paid. Maybe you guys should get a new job since all you do is sit around talking bad about a Great company. So WoodyCA you are soooo wrong because I got paid and continue to get PAID, so get a life.! I think your misinformed. I completed my shop correct and, I have the emails to prove it. You need to get your facts straight before you come at me like that. Perhaps you need to grow up! Shoptorate - I was also not paid by this company. The jobs that I completed were simple photo shops. I followed the instructions precisely. I never received any communication about the shops being done incorrectly. When I inquired about non payment I was deactivated. My emails and phone calls went unanswered. Since this also happened to at least one other shopper who completed the same type of shops, I can only assume that this company is irresponsible, unprofessional and unreliable. The purpose of posting in this forum is to warn other shoppers.

The poster is either a troll or plant from the company. I'm leaning toward troll because for some reason the majority of them edit their posts multiple times without explanation. Odd, but true.

I'm not sure they Qualify as a "Company"! Two employee's with an Incorporation address at a Rescue Mission in San Diego, CA. Other Incorporation's with very similar names (Subtle changes) are no longer active in the directory(s). This is all the Public Record Information I have to share. If anyone has NOT been paid like Kenasch and I. We have found a well known collection company that is happy to take cases from these scam artists or any other MSC's that have defaulted on your contract with them. But, NOTE: This is not for a mistake you may have made or any dispute regarding guidelines. You should only use a collection company for a failure to pay after they accepted your report! Save your coorespondence. And, when it's cut and dry your report was never rejected. You should have no problem turning them in to collections! They will be sorry for not paying be placed for collection. Its these cheesy start up's with the cheesy web site that we need to be more carefu and, I'm sure they do know eventually it will show up on the credit reports. We know the large MSC's will never need to place with collections. You can learn allot of info simply by looking at their facebook pages.. There are too many great MSC's to allow this fake company only out to burn us to get away with continuing it. Another clue might be... If they Incorporated using an address of a rescue mission it just might be a red flag! Good luck to everyone. Now, lets get ready for a busy Holiday Season!

The other address (501 W Broad) is not a mission. It's a regular office building with multiple units.

I don't know if the owners of the 501 W building would give you personal contact info on who signed the lease for CNE's office space without a lawyer involved, but you could always ask.

As for the registered agent name: that means nothing. Sometimes business owners hire lawyers or companies to do the work of incorporating them, and those individuals' names will sometimes be listed as the registered agent.

I was providing this information to you to try and be helpful. If these addresses are avenues you've already explored, then ignore them. I've never even heard of this MSC before so I have no interest in anything other than seeing two fellow shoppers get the money they rightly earned.

I am aware of that address and, I can't thank you enough for your help! We already have all of his contact info and the several names he uses. His home address I was also able to obtain although I would not want to get out of my car in that area. I have spent all the time I plan to spend on it. I'll let the collection company play with it. Who knows he may get sick of them and decide to pay his bills like the rerst of us. I doubt it but ou just never know. Thanks again!
