Ardent allows you to sign up, but they do not issue a password and allow you to log into the site until you have completed the training. If you received an e-mail about training, then you are in their database. Respond to the e-mail with the address/date of the training you want to attend. If they have space available in that training, you will receive an e-mail confirming that you will be able to attend the training and they will e-mail you training materials to bring with you to the training.
After completing training, a new shopper's account is activated and the shopper can then log into the Ardent website. Corey corresponds with the new shopper to collect any information still needed and to request bank information. Ardent pays by direct deposit.
