Anyone wonder why someone creates a subject asking a question then gets their knickers in a knot when the answers are not to their liking? In my not at all humble opinion, the OP decided to go on the offensive and now cries bullying. Perhaps that is the key to understanding her real problem with the MSC.
If you want to go public you need to provide details. If you choose not to provide details it is like saying, "I'll show you mine if you show me yours but I won't really show you mine." If you are doubting how appropriate or inappropriate it is to post about the problem on open forum, go with your gut and don't post anything about the situation. An alternative is to ask advice from another shopper or shoppers privately.
And for the record, any of us can create a thread. After it no longer belongs to us as in your use of "my thread" several times.
