Bestmark website is down

Anyone try to get onto Bestmark's website? I have a report to do but their site is down.

I couldn't get it last night, either. I hope they get it fixed soon.

@nurse1344: Bestmark is a reputable company. It seems they are having website issues. This doesn't make it a scam.

This really sucks too...I have a shop to do today. I hope they get things back up.
If it's as widespread as it sounds, it's unlikely we'll get penalized for late reports... I have one myself sad smiley quite frustrating with no word at all from them
Anyone with a report due at 10 am CDT might be wise to take a quick screenshot of the error message along with the time. Late reporting deductions may be automated rather than manually entered. If their IT department doesn't override so no deductions are posted, you may have to address the issue yourself. Even if the site is back online before 10 am, a shopper left with less than an hour to complete report should not accept any penalties.

Apparently their power is out at the office. A scheduler had that as part of her outgoing message. There was no indication of when it is expected to be back on.
I guess since the problem is on their end, they will give us a 10% bonus of fee and/or reimbursement.

I have a Bestmark car service shop scheduled for Friday and the dealership called and cancelled my appointment and said they are booked solid all week. Obviously I can't contact Bestmark to see what to do. Will this count against me?
That's horrible...so they booked you then called to cancel. Poor scheduling. Bestmark can't hold that against you.

It is totally out of your control since you cannot make the service department take your car. Bestmark may be low paying and have silly deductions, but I've found them fairly easy to deal with in this type of situation.

For anyone with shops to complete today, if you don't need paperwork that's inaccessible right now, I would complete my shop and just deal with reporting whenever they are up and running again.

I'm in the middle of a BestMark shop now, so I just read that line about deductions as I was looking at the guidelines/Dispatch sheet.
I have a job due today too that was assigned to me yesterday. I have not been able to access their website since last night. I get time outs and programming errors. I called them this AM and left a voice mail. Their contact URL in the assignment email does not connect either. I cannot do the shop without knowing what the requirements are. I am hoping once they are back up, I can reschedule.
If they don't deal with it soon, it's gonna get ugly once it does come back up...
I too have tried to reach BestMark but have not been able to reach their website since late afternoon 7-5-2016. Their phone gives a fast busy (out of order) signal for every department I tried to reach, including 0 for the operator. I completed an assignment yesterday but need to submit the report. Maybe they are having severe weather?
Hopefully they can update their intro greeting. That would give a heads up to shoppers on what to do.
That would be indeed the nicest thing to do by now. Like everyone else, I have not been able to access the website since yesterday 8pm or a bit earlier, and had a report for this morning. I was this morning able to let a messager for a dispatcher, but have not been able to make a successful call after that.
I am glad to hear I am not the only one having this issue. I had a report due last night that I could not get done because of their site being down and I have another shop to do today and I have no idea whether I should do the shop or not.

Same here...I have a shop to do after work and I want to know if I should do it. I still have yesterday's shop to write up.
Ive been having the same problem since 8 pm last night. I contacted both hq's and emailed every person that I have in my contacts list from the company. Has anyone gotten ahold of somebody from the company? I haven't gotten any replies in my efforts.
I finally got ahold of someone from BestMark and I was told the website should be up I. 30' and if I had a deadline for this morning it is obviously not my fault and there will be no penalty for delayed report from last night.
