Maritz Photos Not There

I have been getting more reports back from Maritz stating that photos are missing from them. I know I upload them, so they are losing them. Anyone else getting this lately?

I've never had this issue, other than when some sort of malfunction happens when my photos are being uploaded. That has happened a few times. I was aware of it and just awaited the editor's request for the necessary photos.

OTOH, if you are performing more shops for Maritz, you could upload all photos but one. Then, press the upload photos button. It will come back just once stating that you are missing the photo. At that time, you will be able to see all the uploaded photos. Upload the missing photo and press the upload button.

If you cannot see them, I would suggest first checking your camera for the correct size format and if correct, then calling, not Emailing, Maritz to report your problem.

I thought it was me! I've had this happen twice and both times it was the overall photo. Good, I'm not going crazy. There is no way I didn't submit them the first time.

Occasionally a photo disappears on me. I know I submitted it, and then I get a request for it. I just submit it again. I think it's on their end but I really have no idea why.

It has happened a few times for me. Like CoffeeQueen, I know I submitted it, and I just submit it again.

their dumbass editors r deleting photos. not sure if its by mistake or cuz theyre dumbasses. i got report put on hold for missing pic. i go back into report to add missing pic & my pic is there.. u can see thumbnail & green check mark next to ? on report. dumbasses.

You know your verbiage. It does matter how many images you send per question in the report. The editors will only accept ONE. and that ONE is the best photo of the non compliance. If we can't show the worst or the non compliance, or OOS photo, then the editors will chose the photo. The editors are not at a photo shoot. There is probably one editor per report, would YOU want to examine 20 pictures per every 40 questions?????? We submit 4 photos for one question, they elect one and delete the others. (They get paid by the report completed not by the number of images submitted.grinning smiley)

As a shopper, we take one hundred pictures then we can submit less than ten, besides the mandatory pictures. Why are you making more work for yourself? There is a reason why the MSC wants the submitted images to be 640x480. If your missing pic, then resubmit again. Apparently they did not see what you sawsmiling smiley.

what r u tqlking about? they put report on hold for an issue that didnt exist. they said there was missing photo when there wasn't a missing photo. i got manager involved & she saw the pic & i got apology for editors mistake. how can i resubmit a pic that is already there. i have no probs w pics or editing pics. i dont need to take a ton of pics & no resizing for me. pics are easier than typing.

they make mistakes all the itjme so its more than inconvenience. i dont think theyre all mistakes. some new editors trying to keep jobs. then the annoying phone calls when i tell them im at work & cant answer phone. i hardly work for them. just fillers if i am already there.

What you describe are clearly mistakes. Deliberately returning reports to make it look Iike they're working hard is different. And I'm sure we've all experienced that.
