Gospotcheck Poster Project

Nevermind. Not only was i in the wrong but i didn't explain myself well. I guess i was just venting because last time i went to a location to check on tv equipment they had never heard of it. Felt like the same situation only 30 miles away.

I signed up to do 4 of these office shops. The information they provide me as to what I was to look for in each doctor's waiting room was inaccurate and then when I submitted my report and stated what literature I found in the waiting rooms I was told that they just found out that the literature I found was acceptable and they wanted me to go back and put the "beacon" into the literature display. I did it - at no additional pay - but was not happy about it and did not feel that $14 for each shop was worth the effort. None of the doctor's offices had a clue what I was talking about when I arrived, even with their letter of introduction.
Hey tenandlast

My name is Daniel Price and I'm the Project Manager for this project. The title of this thread is technically referring to a slightly different project we did, but most of the discussion is about the main "beacon" project, which it sounds like you were assigned to.

Depending on the reason you had to go back, we may be happy to pay you for a 2nd visit on top of the $15 for the first visit. I'd have to check with my team as to the specific locations this pertains to.

Please email me at dprice@customerimpactinfo.com with the locations you were assigned, and I'll see what I can do.

Thanks for yours, and everyone's great help on this project!

Also...Crazy4kittys....I agree completely it can be frustrating. Our client owns many smaller companies under different names, and depending on who you talk to at each office, they may or may not be aware of the parent company. One of the reasons we're doing these visits is to hopefully better educate office staff on who their content provider is. However, if you were able to go and turned away for any reason during office hours, as long as you submitted a response for that location, we are paying for those as well.
