AFAIK, it would be the MSC paying, not KSS. Which MSC was the shop for?

Did you not do your report on a MSC's website? Or only a report on KSS? If you only reported on KSS, was it a full report? Can you give more details? I know of 3 different MSCs KSS schedules banks for, but all three require that the report be completed on their website, and all 3 pay the shopper directly.
As many times as I have been scheduled by KSS for different clients and different MSCs, I have never been paid by KSS. You might e-mail Lori Kern to inquire.

KSS doesn't always say which MSC they are scheduling for, but when you do your report, you have to log in to the MSC's site.

I am really lost, but think (can't remember) I did it on KSS site. I'll have to call Monday. I know I did the whole report on one site, but if was on the MSc site, I would have had the the name and I don't.

Irene, your scheduler would have had you complete the report on the MSC's site.

"KSS does NOT pay shoppers. You will always be paid directly by the client. These providers have their own payment schedule. Some may send you a check, others will use PayPal. Some pay within a week, others will take 1-2 months. If your payment isn’t received in a reasonable amount of time (60-75 days) contact your scheduler, who can assist in following up with payment from the client, but please be aware that payment doesn’t come from KSS or its schedulers. "
Irene, if you log into KSS and access your Shop Log, It should show this assignment and the name of the MSC you performed the work for should be under "Company Survey Location" along with the name of the client.

THX...I have logged in and no, it doesn't say the name of the MSC. I've been scanning down my list of MSC's and so far, no luck. You say they can pay up to 75 days, so, maybe it's just too soon. I'll put this on hold for a few more weeks. Thx everyone.

I think KSS is showing 75 days because of their longest-paying client, Service Sleuth. Service Sleuth pays usually between 60 and 75 days. Kinesis pays at about 45-60 days, I think. Other MSCs that KSS schedule for, like Maritz and RBG, pay quicker. But payment would definitely come from the MSC, not KSS. Can you go back and look at the report you did? You probably saved a copy of the report.
This is so weird, none of the MSC's you mentioned did I do an Investment job with. I don't have the record,

Barb has been scheduling investment banking shops for Kinesis lately.
Yep. I completed an investment shop recently for Kinesis, that would be my bet.
You guys are right, it was Kinesis, however, no link to login, and i hear the site has been down.

I tried that, nothing available about pay or a login link. I found link to login, and it says no one with my email...
I know I'm registered with them.

So, are you saying you were able to log in to the Kinesis site and you see the job you completed on your Shop Log? The Kinesis payment schedule is not shown on their site, but they pay by PayPal at the end of the month following the month in which the shop was done. I usually get the e-mail about payment to my PayPal the last day of the month, sometimes a day or 2 early. If you did the shop in June and you can see it in the Kinesis Shop Log with your grade and report feedback, then you should get paid by July 31.
Exactly, Lisa and Mert sent me the link,figuring it was Kineses. I saw my job, done June 3rd, so I have a bit more time for pay.
I couldn't remember which Co. I did it for, as it was scheduled by KSS. The forum helped, so thanks again.

A bit of a non sequitur: I've been wondering about these investment shops... I sent an email to Barb to ask about them, but never got a response, so I have not pounced..... How involved is the "training" and how much time can I expect to invest doing them? I just like to know what I'm stepping into before up up to my eyes in horse manure. 
Hard work builds character and homework is good for your soul.
The training is done by phone, and my recollection is that it takes about 30 minutes and pays $5. You only have to do it once. I would say that once you get to talk to an investment advisor, you should expect to spend 30 minutes to an hour talking to them. I enjoy doing them. There are two types, I prefer the one which pays less because it is easier to do, but I do both of them.

I am in the same general geographic area as Irene and I do see shops on Kern that do not list a msc. I have done them in the past and the report is on their website. It could be that all of these are Kinesis but I have also seen jobs with Kinesis listed as the msc. I just assumed some small company with no website of their own or even Kern sponsored these jobs themselves.
Sandy, Kinesis has my report, but doesn't give me any of their info. The worst site I've seen so far. No one to call, and I never got an answer from KSS (been over a week). I'm waiting for my check, if you have to commute with them, impossible.

I'm sorry you're having such a difficult time. I've actually had a far different experience, when I've sent an email I almost always receive a response in a day or two.
Also, Kinesis has their payment policy listed at the top of the page when you log in. You'll see everything on the header, just above your completed and open shops. I copied and pasted the portion on payments:
"SHOPPER PAYMENTS: Kinesis pays for shops through PayPal by the end of the month following the month of the shop. To add a PayPal address that is different from your Primary Address, please check instructions in the [Help] link at the top of this page."
So, if you shopped in June then payment will be end of July.

When I tried to login, the site was down, and since I found out from shoppers here when they pay, I didn't login back on.

Maybe you should take some time off from MS'ing and regroup. Some of your posts sound scattered or frantic. Take some time to get better organized and then your work life will run a lot smoother.@Irene_L.A. wrote:
