WTF are you talking about? Where does it say I am perfect? I gave my advice which has worked for me and many others. It is advice that I learned from long time members of this forum. Instead of continuing to be a whiner on many subjects in this forum, maybe you should learn to take some constructive criticism. Yes, I have missed many posts/threads in the past three weeks because I have been on the vacay of a lifetime (for me.) I was reaping the rewards of all my hard work from MS'ing, auditing and merchandising to thoroughly enjoy this great country. PEACE OUT!

@Irene_L.A., what are you talking about? I have not and will not ever visit or perform a Chilpotle shop; I don't like that type of food. And I very rarely have problems with my editors so I have no idea what you are talking about.
You did write posts as to these matters, saying you went to a training,and complained...go to your profile, everything is there.maybe you came home from you "vac" too early. Let's stay away from one another, I find you offense.

Irene, I think you may be confusing Sybil with another poster. Just so we keep our facts straight, can you post a link to the place where Sybil2 posted about Chipotle editors?
You seem to find multiple posters offensive and you are very defensive about what others post. Maybe you need to relax away from the forum for a little while, You are posting a very lot and it seems stressful for you.
I just looked at the Chipotle post. Sybil stated she did NOT attend the training because they notified her too late.

While Sybil did post to a thread which the OP called a "rant," I did not read Sybil's post as a complaint. She did not go to the training, she signed up and was told it was full. She got a call the day of the training (45 minutes before the training) telling her there was a cancellation and she was now signed up for it. She declined to go.
This constant clashing with other posters since you returned is pretty offensive.

Don't get to feeling too special. You are one of several. The drama is over the top. Ever since returning, it's been one confrontation after another and telling multiple posters how offensive she finds them. I am finding her behavior and her posts offensive.
My important take away on the Chipotle thread was how the MSC had the cajones to say she should have kept the entire day open "just in case" they had an opening.

Does anyone know what a "N/A out of 10" score means on Kinesis?
Now scheduling travel shops for the day after Christmas through mid-January.
It's my understanding that N/A of 10 usually means that your shop report was not accepted and you will not be paid. In the years I have worked for them, I have gotten 10 of 10 and 9 of 10 on all shops except one. I was unable to complete one shop - I ran into someone I knew working there, unexpected - and I had to abort the shop. The grade for that one shows N/A of 10.

Isn't aborting the shop the right thing to do when we know someone who works at the location? Would they rather us continue the shop and submit a possibly biased report?

Yes, I thought it was the appropriate thing to do and so did the company. I was not penalized for the shop even though it still appears in my shop log. I also spent no time doing the shop. I saw my friend while walking from the car to the door. She was outside taping signs to the window. I never entered the store. I stopped, said hello and chatted and then walked to the store next door where I had another shop.
