Kinesis- Overpayment

I am pretty sure that Kinesis overpaid me for one of my shops by $5. lol, so I wrote an email to tell them. I feel sort of silly but it seemed too dishonest not to. Now I'm just concerned that I am forgetting something and my $25 payment was correct, even though I swear it should have been $10.

Oh well, I just really need to gripe. Anyone else ever had this problem?

I'm not getting your math. If the payment should have been $10 and they paid you $25 wouldn't it be $15 over?

Regardless, you did the right thing. I have been overpaid as little as $5 and as much as over $100. I always notified the MSC. Obviously the higher payments were withdrawn. With the smaller payments it has varied. A couple said it wasn't worth the trouble to recall such a small amount and one even said they forgot to tell me they added a bonus I did not request to one of my shopssmiling smiley

Sorry- it was a $10 fee and $10 reimbursement.

I am glad I said something too. $5 isn't worth my integrity. smiling smiley

MegMeg, if this was the Organic grocery coop shopped by Kinesis and scheduled by KSS, there is some kind of disconnect between Kinesis and KSS. KSS advertises the shops at $10 reimbursement/$10 fee, but Kinesis shows the shops at $15 fee/$10 reimbursement. Check the KSS log and then check the Kinesis log. I have found that there is always that discrepancy on all these grocery shops every since Kinesis has had the client. (I shopped the same client 2008-2010 with another MSC before it moved to Kinesis). Kinesis always pays a $15 fee on these grocery shops even though KSS syas $10. I thought it was just Ryan, the previous scheduler, who is gone from KSS, but it is the same with the current KSS scheduler.

It has always been that way for me, too. That coop grocery actually pays $15 with a $10 reimbursement and has for several years even though KSS says in their e-mails and on their Shop Log $10. It is actually $15.
