I recently completed my first several shops for Grace Hill... I like to track expected pay dates, but I can't find anything substantive about their pay periods...

Bubbabubba, if you did your research, you'll discover that Grace Hill purchased The Training Factor nearly two years ago, yet are now affliated with the owners of The Shadow Agency. Hardly a scam at all.

To the OP, Grace Hill has the same payment parameters of The Training Factor where payment is set between 45-60 days upon shop acceptance. I would also read your ICA as well for further payment clarification.

Bubba, maybe you should use something that's called Google, or search through the threads that mention The Training Factor or Grace Hill.

Just because you've never heard of something doesn't mean that it is non-existent. Pull up your big Bubba britches, and do some research for once. Its not hard.

This is ridiculous. Two posts maligning a legitimate company for no reason at all are just sitting on this thread with no moderation.

I just looked into The Training Factor site, and I get a 404 error message when I choose the career option. On the Grace Hill site there is no option for career or shopper options at all.

ekitz, I just used my Training Factor link and it took me to the sign in page for Grace Hill. The Grace Hill site appears to be for their clients.

Grace Hill usually emails me about once a week on new shops within my area. They are set up on the Shopmetrics platform in the same way that The Training Factor and The Shadow Agency are.

I certainly did not think that my question would set off a debate... I have every reason to believe that Grace Hill is totally legitimate. I simply couldn't find the rules for their pay schedule... The idea that they are scamming me is insane. What's the scam? Somebody thinks its funny to get people like me to videotape apartment managers?

This is from Grace Hill's ICA. I just logged in to my Training Factor account for the first time since the takeover/merger and had to sign the updated ICA:

8. The Compensation will be payable within 45 days from the completion of specified Services via PayPal. It is the shoppers’ responsibility to properly fill in the extended profile question regarding Pay Pal Email. TSA-Newmark(The Shadow Agency), not Grace Hill, is responsible for paying the shoppers for their services.

Hi All! The Shadow Agency is responsible for pay and we do pay via pay pal. Grace Hill is The Training Factor. The Website for shoppers is [thetrainingfactor.shopmetrics.com]. Grace Hill specializes in property management. Pay is 45 days however, typically, as long as a shop is approved for the client by the 25th of the month, the shopper is paid by the 15th of the next month. Make sure your extended profile is updated with your pay pal information. Contact lisawood@theshadowagency.com with any other questions!!!
