Cirrus haven't been paid in over a year

I did a job April 2015. Sent in my invoice to the right place. They made a notation on my account that I needed to be paid. I am still waiting. I sent an email through the website clicking on Help/Contact and the scheduler replied that she doesn't do payments and that I must not have PayPal or sent in my invoice or (insert other nonapplicable reason here). Just letting you all know that I have been waiting over a year to be paid.

Seventeen months and you are just inquiring.?confused smiley?confused smiley? Did you ever check your Paypal account?
Since the OP actually put Cirrus in the subject line it sounds like Cirrus.

I only emailed and didn't call. I will know in the future that I may have to escalate to calling.

IN my 3 yrs experience, they don't pay for 4-5 months, but it got to be over a year. I had to emai 2-3 contacts & find out the owner, who I called & emailed. Why "hope" being paid 6 mos later, then have to remind CIRRUS about a shop? Felt like they may want you to forgot or lose invoice. WHY take over 6 mos to be paid?
Are they still in business 2016.

They just paid! They must read this forum!

I like it when MSCs read the forum and take action without posting anything.
I, too, have been stiffed by Cirrus. I am too busy to fight them. I just moved on. I won't work for them again. Even when they pay "correctly" according to their terms, you wait almost 3 months to get paid. I chose to use my time to find better companies rather than fight them.

At the moment, my two top companies are The Source (Trend Source/MSI) and iSS (I Secret Shop) --- actually iSS is a consortium of MS companies. I do a lot of apartment shops and bowling shops for them.
BBB is of course a great organization but you need to report your case to the FTC. The website has a simple complaint form. FTC will report each pending case to the BBB. These people and their "affiliates" are sketchy and they'll probably reappear under a new name however Mystery Shoppers Associations are changing their ethics guidelines and actually investigating and dumping shady organizations.
I have completed mumerous shops for this company have never had an issue with payment, schedulers always reply to my emails and their customer service replied to all my emails(which in turn didnt require many to be sent). I also found that their staff is highly compassionate. I signed an agreement as an independent contractor which clearly stated the guidelines for payment. I would complete any shops again and again for them.
Not me. I would not work for any company that pays net 120.
