I definitely prefer EPMS over Cirrus, even if the EPMS online forms are a hot mess. I've never had any editing issues with them, but their e-mail process can definitely be annoying.
I have had several opportunities to do surveys from them post-shop, and have always voiced my complaints (entering times in military format in one part of the form, but not in another, for example), but have yet to receive a response to that input.
They pay better and faster than Cirrus, and that's good enough for me.
And I'm curious re: the poster who stated that making appointments is better for her schedule. I'm the exact opposite... it's much easier for me to just show up at an apartment complex at a time that is convenient for me rather than locking myself into a particular hour.
