Which Companies Have Largest Geographic Reach?

Hello,

I am a new mystery shopper currently located in Virginia. I've been signing up with a bunch of companies (listed as members on the MSPA website) and have encountered a good number that simply don't have any shops in my area. I'm wondering if people wouldn't mind recommending companies that they know to have a very broad geographical reach?

Some of the ones that I've seen to have a broad reach (multi-state)are:

Market Force Information
BARE International (my favorite company!!!)
Sentry Marketing
Jancyn
Intellishop

Thanks very much!

(By the way, I really have loved working with BARE International. Their website is awesome, their reports are easy, and the jobs pay well!)

All companies will have some shoppers without work in that area. Likewise, all shoppers are signed up with companies that don't have work in the area. In other words, no one else knows which companies have work in YOUR area. The ones that do know, aren't going to tell you as that will create competition for them.

For example, I am in Canada, and I love Performalogics, Spot Check and Intouch Insight. Somebody the next province over or in the US will not agree as those companies might not have work near them.
Where are you located in VA, please?

Based in MD, near DC
Shopping from the Carolinas to New York
Have video cam; will travel

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.

Being in many U.S. states is hardly having a "very broad geographical reach." It is much larger world. And many MSCs have shops across many countries on several continents.

Virginia is a big state, so I would think that the available shops would differ between the D.C. area, Richmond, the beaches, and the Shenandoah Valley. If the mystery shops use Sassie or the Presto Maps, you should be able to check where their shops are located right on the job board. I don't know if you need to sign up for the companies first to see the job boards, but I think you do. At least you could find out who has work and keep going back to the board. I'd also recommend checking with the scheduling services to see if you can find a scheduler who is an expert in your area.
