Customer Impact contact?

I'm trying to get in contact with Customer Impact about a shop I'd like to do. They've offered on the job board a reimbursement for an in-store purchase and for parking fees for that specific location, but I would not personally need the parking reimbursement because I walk from somewhere else where I park my car for free. As a result, I was hoping to negotiate a reimbursement for the store that would equal the current reimbursement plus the parking reimbursement that I wouldn't need.

I've emailed two different people at the company (a day apart from each other, and it since then has been a couple days) but neither of them have responded. I don't want to apply for the shop since it's technically a contract for the amount offered on the job board. Is there a better way to contact them, or anyone specific I should contact?

They also want the parking to be evaluated, so I don't see them changing that. They may have filled it.
The holidays would make it impossible to reach them. See if it's on the board Monday, and try again.
I just did a job for them, and got a personal email from Mike (owner) thanking me, they usually respond.
Good luck.

I don't think we're talking about the same shop. The parking for this location is provided by a different company than the client company so I don't think they're looking to have the parking evaluated for this shop.

I suppose I'll try to give them a call and see what happens, since today is a normal business day. tongue sticking out smiley And if not, I'll try again at the beginning of next week.

I misunderstood, in that case, they probably will forget about the parking. I just got a payment, someone's working.
