Is Shadow Shopper always this annoying

Being a newbie to this business I was wondering if you long timers can tell me if Shadow Shopper is constantly sending emails. These are not related to new shops but almost getting to the point of a spammer email. They come in constantly all day long one after the other. Keep hoping for shops in my area but just more advertising.

I doubt that you will find many "long timers" signed up with Shadow Shopper. IIRC it is a paid service. "Long timers" use the blue list at the bottom of this page and sign up for at least 100 MCS, and often over 200 MSC's. Then shoppers gather better information for free. Quit Shadow Shopper now if you can, and sign up for more MSC's on your own. Do research on this forum for guidance on which one's have a good reputation.

Thanks for that. I have already done that they were just one of the early ones I signed up with so just wondered if it was just me. I have done no business with them at all so no big deal to drop them and use the others instead. Already getting a lot of shops with several companies. Just learning the good shops and the not so good shops.

I signed up just to browse around and get an idea of who was doing what in my area... the amount of spam on the daily is unreal. 0_o I've only found 2 new shops out of this, but hey, that's something. I also learned there are some schedulers on there who will see your area and nag you to the dickens. It was 6:43 AM EST and my phone was just ringing up a storm... I had 3 missed calls, 4 texts, and two emails saying to call for more info about a shop in my area. No, no. Provide me with details so I do not have to stay on the phone with you for an hour and a half only to find out this is not a shop I want, but you've somehow already assigned it to me -_-
