Creative Image Associates - glitch in the matrix!

Yesterday I tried emailing my scheduler twice and both bounced back as undeliverable. I tried again with the same results this morning. So I tried calling, both numbers I found were out of service. I have been working with them for over a year and they have been great as far as working with and payment. Ugh.
***UPDATE: CIA has had a problem with their website crashing and wasn't aware. The scheduler was able to email everyone about this and they are working on this. My scheduler contacted me by phone and their IT department is working to resolve it.

Out of curiosity, I tried clicking on their website. It's no longer active.
Hmmmm...
I haven't done work for them since this past April. It's a shame if they did shut down. They were fantastic to work for!

Ok kept digging...I looked up their corporate filing on MA's Dept of State site. Their business registration is active. They filed their 2015 annual report in Feb of this year. I can't find any liens on the business or evidence of trouble keeping afloat. I looked up the owner too, nothing.
Really strange.

Why can't something like this happen to a crappy MSC? It'd be great if IntelliShop just vanished! ;-)

I suppose it's possible to have a website/mail down and phones at the same time if they use voip?

Particularly if their email is self-hosted, and the power went down.

I would think that at least the website should still be active unless the company who hosts the site (like GoDaddy, BlueHost,etc) experienced problems. But I'm not a tech wizard. Maybe there is something else that happened to shut down the phone, email and website.
