Did anyone get paid from Marketforce today? I didn't...did something change with their pay dates?

It can vary from 10th to 13th based on past experience.

Over the last six months of 2016, I was paid by direct deposit twice on the 10th, twice on the 12th, and twice on the 13th. I don't let myself expect the deposit before the 13th. That means I'm often pleasantly surprised rather than disappointed.

I didn't get paid either for a shop I did in December. Normally, I wouldn't be too concerned yet...EXCEPT that there is NO indication of the shop ANYWHERE on the MF site!! And yet, it WAS THERE last time I checked about 2 weeks ago...showing approved and all that....Does that go away just before payday??? If so, I've never noticed it before. That's the only thing that has me nervous....nervous enough that I wrote the Help Desk an email asking about it....wonder what they'll say.

Did you by chance do the shop through their app? I had that happen in October with one shop. They could see it on their side though and forced a payment through for it.

Payment info from MF's website: “All compensation will be paid in arrears via check or direct deposit around the 15th - 20th of each calendar month" They go on to say that direct deposits go out early to encourage shoppers to use that option.

Guysmom, i asked MF that same question and they said the Assignments/Receipt Status screen doesn't correlate to payments. Even after the shops disappeared from that screen, I was still paid, and afterwards, it showed up in Payment History.

Is that from the movie portion of Marketforce? Or the regular mystery shop side?

No....no app...reported it through their website.

Thanks for that info.....I didn't realize the shop can disappear from the Assignment Status screen and didn't
correlate to the payments. So maybe I'm concerned over nothing, and will just wait a few more days.

The shops disappear once you complete them. After you submit the shop, you are given a confirmation number. Put that into your spreadsheet.

The actual date that the money appears in your account can depend on a few factors: when Marketforce actually submits the payment, when your bank makes it available, and whether this is a business day or a weekend/holiday.

Got an email reply this morning from Susan at the Help Desk. She said I am listed to be paid (Phew! & YAY!) and that payments would be going out within the next few days. So everybody should feel relieved over that!

I highly recommend that everyone earmark their notes to expect their MF ACH payments by the 15th; otherwise be happy anytime it shows up earlier.

Also, keep in mind the receipt status page retains no more than 30 days of shops.

Edited to add: my payment just posted even though it is not updated on the MF website yet.

I received payment today for December assignments.

Shopping up and down the Colorado Rocky Mountain front range.

I was paid today as well.

I was paid today too. However, no payments yet showing in my MF Payment History.

Yah! Mine posted to my bank, too, even though no showing on Marketforce.

LOL. Mine is showing on Marketforce (though not as paid) but hasn't hit my bank yet.

What do you know? It's in my bank account as well, but nothing showing up on MF website! Oh well...all is good!

ETA: As of this morning, 1/12/17, it is on the MF pay tab.
