SeeLevel NON PAYMENT for Sept 2016 shop

Anyone have a good contact for Seelevel? I have left messages via Shopper Log, voicemail, email and Facebook. Nothing. I can't even get a live person on the phone. EVERY extension Ive tried in the Shopper Portal via phone is conveniently not available. When I try the Corp Office, their "box is full". Ive emailed the original scheduler and my emails are returned " undeliverable". Highly unprofessional.

I myself have had a very good business relationship with Seelevelhx and I like working for them. I've had issues with a few MSC's and perhaps unwisely made one such issue public here over a year ago but Seelevelhx is one of the good ones, at least for me.
Yeah, I debated on posting but the no response to my inquiries was the deciding factor. I did finally receive help, thanks to indianyooper. Hopefully a speedy resolution will follow.
Quite sometime I had an issue with one of their schedulers attaching the wrong company instructions to a shop. I emailed him/her and he/she did not know what I was talking about. I did not do the shop and he called me a flake. I said I would not work for them anymore. I told them to deactivate my account. They did and now I get 4 or more emails from one specific person at the same time for the same shop. I went to their site before I got the 4 emails at the same time. I changed my profile to read, "do not send emails or text". I still got them. My husband just did the shop they emailed me that I could not do as I was deactivated. He got his rating in a couple days. He has had no problem getting paid. I think the issue can be that one scheduler (like the one I had) can be the problem - not necessarily the company.

Im beginning to think its a series of unfortunate events, lol. At least I am now in contact with them, hoping for the best :-) and thankful to those who have extended their help.
SeeLevelHX...I am trying to remember...the scheduler that emails you...no phone number on that email?

I love doing their shops...they pay fairly timely and they don't make me nuts with grades. I find them to be very reasonable. Hoping you can get this resolved.
Nothing but good with SeeLevel. They pay quickly.

I did a SeeLevel conference call in Nov. for which I was to be paid $5 for participating. I sat in on the call, confirmed by email and was never paid. I emailed the trainer and the original contact in late December. Never got a response. Usually, SeeLevel pays on time. Why no one ever responded and why I never got paid remains a mystery. (The conference call was to detail new clients and urge participants to sign up for the new shops.)

Shopping SoCal and Maui.
I signed up with SeeLevel last week to do a $50 bank shop requiring that I open a credit card at my regular bank, where I already have checking, savings and other charge accounts. The problem was, the only two credit cards I could open had a hefty requirement--I had to spend down $3,000 in three months! Once I heard that, I knew there was no way I could possibly open either credit card, and I certainly wasn't going to screw my bank by opening the account, then closing it again. I returned home, wrote the scheduler to explain my predicament and got nothing back from her. I feel I should get a kill fee at least, but she hasn't been in touch with me at all. Opinions, fellow shoppers?

Zetty,

Hi there, I am just catching up on this thread and wanted to give you another point of contact for our company. I have only been at SeeLevel for a couple of months now, but most of you will know my name as I have been in the industry for a long time.

It sounds like your issue is getting resolved, but please feel free to email me at donna.goodwin@seelevelhx.com if you need any other help.

As for anyone else having issues, my apologies. You can feel free to email me as well. SeeLevel has had a huge amount of growth and sometimes that's a bit hard to keep up with. Also, sometimes things happen. I know I was out for many days last week because of a family member in the ICU and I missed helping someone and had to apologize profusely for that.

We definitely want to keep a presence here on the forum and for now that's going to be me and then eventually we will hand it off to someone else. Of course, we also want to make sure our internal processes are working properly as well so we will continue to work on fine tuning those. Along those lines, we have an instant chat feature all ready to go up on our website and we will be "officially" announcing that ASAP.

Again, please let me know if you need any other help Zetty67 and have a great day!

Thanks,
Donna Goodwin
