Service Intelligence - Experience Exchange

Does anyone know about this company? I've done some work for them in the last couple of years. They're good, they pay on time and mostly the reports are not difficult to do. The only problem is the available shops seem to have become very few and far between. Do you know anything about them??

Yes, I have worked for them for years. You can search the forum using the search feature for recent discussions about them. In a nutshell, the SI we knew and loved was bought a number of years ago by Global Compliance, but continued to function as a separate unit out of Canada. About 4 months ago the Canadian offices were closed and the work and scheduling were all moved to NC. It has been fairly chaotic since then. Over the years they have lost clients to other MSPs where clients were evidently looking for lower costs. They have also lost clients due to shops being discontinued. They have also had clients reduce the number of shops performed on their behalf. In this they are no different than any other MSP. What is distressing is that they do not appear to be adding new clients, so it is hard to tell whether the move to NC is just to phase out the SI brand by attrition.
At one time, yes. I keep hoping the NC crowd will get their act together. Thus far they are far from succeeding.
I also used to do a lot of work for Service Intl ,but not since last Dec,the jobs have dried up in my area ,plus I guess they lost (IMO)the best scheduler I have worked with (Lillian)I just wonder what happened to her, does anyone know happened to Lillian ?
I wish she would turn up at another MSC. Lillian was da bomb!

I don't have much to add besides what has already been said, but I wanted to also send a little shout out to Lillian.
I have been out of the business for a little bit and am sad to see that Lillian is gone. I always had good experiences with her. I should have guessed as I received a call this week from someone new asking me to complete a job. The good news is that the call is for a new client. It is a wine shop that I used to do for another company so I am excited to have caught the change. I love this shop. Who doesn't need a free bottle every now and then. (Even if you don't drink it, it's good for hostess gifts!) Anyway, my experiences with this company have always been professional and payments have never been late.
I have done their lunch shop in different locations for years, and loved them as well. The last few months these jobs seemed gone, but, are alive again. Did my old one yesterday, however, notice they have many more jobs in No. Ca. than in So. CA...so, they picked up more jobs. I think they ae on track again....

I'm new to this forum and just by reading a few of the blogs I can tell I'm gonna enjoy being a part of this mystery shopping forum.
Do you mean Intouch Insight? Or is SE separate now?

Anyway Intouch is really amazing and pays direct deposit. Never had a problem and the new territory manager this year is pretty nice.

They used to have big convenience store chain in my area. I liked to do them but they lost them. The majority of those stores were self assign.
