TNS is a legitimate company. There have been scams out there for years indicating they were TNS Global. There is a legitimate website to sign up to work with TNS at [tns.clientsmart.com]. They will not come out emailing you with solicitations to work for them if you are not registered, so if you got an 'out of the blue' contact or one offering big money or that you send them personal data by email you can bet it is the scam back at work.
They are a legit good company. I do their grocery stores, and up for a Timeshare.

Flash,

Can you tell me what do you do as grocery store shop. What is the scenario and how much do they pay. Also, what other type of shops do they have.

I do not do grocery stores for TNS. I generally do them for two other companies that have clients of regional grocery chains. With both companies the stores generally take 20-30 minutes on site. They require visiting 7 areas in the case of one chain, 6 with the other, restrooms, asking questions of employees, observing employee behavior compared to standards, making some required purchases, collecting receipts, doing timings, in one case a BOB item, the other not. One pays and reimburses about twice as much as the other but has many fewer shops.
I have done several shops for TNS. So simple it was unreal.
One was to take photo's of the outside of the store (where the name of the store shows) no interaction with anyone. Pay was small ($12.00)
Another was for pet stores. Did have to interact with a sales person, but the report took less than the time to drive there did. Pay again small ($14.00) report was simple.
Will work again for this company. Pays on the time frame stated in their FAQ section.
Does TNS use their job board? I don't know if I am thinking of the wrong MSP, but they have never had a thing in my area. When I search by country too, I have never found a thing in the US at all on that site.
I get email's from them and they use Client Smart...jobs are posted. When I do the grocery store, there are two employee's evaluation and other stuff like checking shelves for spaces. The report was adequate but not that simple, there is narrative, names, checkout and such, unlike Purrf I never had to take pictures.
