I received my first check from DSG a few days ago after completing 2 shops for them in late October. What was so interesting is that on the check, in the left-hand corner under the name of DSG, there are the words "mystery shopping company" underneath it. I had to make sure that I didn't go to a bank chain that I consistently shopped in order to not spoil a potential shop based on giving up my MS identity.

Pretty interesting, nonetheless. If only more companies would just go to PayPal/direct deposit????

Quite a few mystery shopping companies pay with checks that say "Mystery Shopping" or some variation on them. I just put these in my credit union, which at this time is not shopped at all. (At least that I can find) Or, I use the deposit by phone that comes with Chase. (I rarely shop them either, I get tired of their rules on the shops...)
