HDE

I have a couple of burger shops done with this company in March and April that have not been paid. Two emails to the scheduler (summitscheduling) have been ignored and I see no way to contact HDE on the Sassie site. Anyone else have this type of experience and suggestions? Thanks

Have you used the "Help/Contact" option on your shop log with the shop(s) you completed? Unfortunately the company has a long history of slow payments and the requirement to chase payments. I don't have a phone number for them and I don't know what their pay cycle is, but it doesn't sound like you have exceeded 90 days yet.
Yep, used that Help/contact link and emailed directly. Even sent an email to the one sending me emails now noting my circumstance and noted that according to what I am seeing on the forums that they don't seem to paying much of anyone else either! Guess I won't be hearing from her. smiling smiley No big loss.
I have done six shops for a total of $260.60 (including reimbursements) and have not been paid yet! The first shop was 2/2/11, and the last was 6/21.

My next step is to have my attorney send them a letter. If anyone else is having this kind of problem and would like to take this option, please contact me.
I will never shop HDE again.

I did one and was not paid. I contacted them and the response was,"You will be paid when we get paid. However since you are a new shopper, let me see what I can do".

The money was deposited in few hours.

Their reporting was easy though. No redundant repetition.

I went to their website, www.dunlapenterprises.com and got their information. They show a CA P.O. box as their mailing address. I tried to contact them through their website, but wasn't able to. So I sent a demand letter to the person who's our contact: NorthAmericaFrank@hotmail.com. If I have to send an attorney letter, though, I'll use their P.O. box AND the company I did most of their shops for.
Worked for me! Daryl took care of my shorted payment immediately. I didn't mention the delay in getting paid or the lack of contact info on the website.
I did a shop for them in November. Daryl emailed me fifteen times before I accepted the shop. I did the shop and turned it around in less then an hour. I did not receive payment and the shop was preformed in November. I have contacted Daryl several times about payment with no response. I have also contacted Frank with no response. Volition has this company as being non responsive and failure to pay several shoppers. I wish I would have looked into this company before I accepted the shop because there were other shops from good companies I could have picked up at that time.
