Market Force - Electronic CPI submissions

Just got an email from Market Force. We will be able to file CPI's electronically now without printing a copy signing and scanning first to upload it. Now I will be able to take pictures of receipts and file reports on the fly including the receipts and CPI. I'll be finished before I get home!

Well done, Market Force!

About time, now if they can get their glitched job search feature fixed that would be even better. For some reason I can do a search for 200mi. of my zip code and jobs from a town 35mi. away will not show up, have to do a seperate search.

Good, smart move and these are the types of improvements we should be gently suggesting to all msc's where needed.
Market Force has kidnapped George Jetson and took his secrets! Hats off to MF! I suspect they might soon get the Dr Office shops manadated by the President.
Dr.'s offices have been shopped for years, already.

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
Yes, and there used to be a company that did nothing but those. Examine Your Practice was around for a few years before they were bought out/merged into another company, but I believe they are still doing the same quality of service shops.

My understanding of the government shops was that they had nothing to do with quality of service but rather were acceptance of payment by a government plan. And the 'shops' have been put on permahold as perhaps looking too much like political posturing.
I already deleted their email message. When does their CPI electronic sign off go into effect??? I printed a CPI today for a shop this Sunday.

Thank You
It looks to me as though this may be an option only for purple portal. I have seen nothing about it with blue.

The email says "early to mid-July".

It is for the blue portal. The purple portal doesn't use CPIs. I have never had to upload anything for any of the jobs I have done for Certified Field Associstaes (AKA purple portal). Everything has been online.

Silly question - does it pop up automatically for you or do you have to go to the submit page and look for it and then do it that way? I've had to do it like that twice now and with my 3rd report being entered now I just want to make sure I'm not missing something.

Also, anyone notice that MFI hasn't even begun processing their payroll yet?

After you submit the report and are asked if you want to upload receipts, that is when the electronic CPI signature page is loaded. You just type your name and press enter.
I just did a shop, there was only the upload receipt option. I uploaded my receipt and got no option to upload or use an electronic CPI. I had to go back into the system and see that there was no CPI uploaded and then go to the part where I could separately upload the CPI to get the electronic one to load. Certainly not at all an obvious approach!
I've just done a short route of gas competitor shops. I did two last night and had to manually go to the scan CPI page. The three I did today automatically popped up.
My first shop following their new and improved CPI submissions isn't until Monday. Hopefully, the timing works to my favor, as their glitches are unglitched.
Do you have to have a signature electronically on file with them?

B/c wasn't that the purpose of the CPI, was to verify by signature, that you did the shop?

So what is different now?
sojo,
You do not have to have a sig on file. They just ask you to type your name as it is shown on the CPI. I just did my first one and it was a snap.

And without the need to print, scan, adjust, save and upload the CPI I just completed a $3 phone shop from start to finished and uploaded report in under 5 minutes!
I still print out the CPI and file. THis is a great improvement. Maybe soon the submission will be linked in the same area as upload of the receipts. It is a bit bothersome to scroll thru all your assisgnments to find the assignment to select.
The link to submit the CPI is directly below the link to upload receipts. Easy as pie. It seemed very strange to not print it before the shop, but I'll adjustsmiling smiley

However, after trying to submit my CPI, I got a message telling me to try later, that my shop was locked. Evidently, it was being edited mere minutes after I submitted my report.
I think what we all are looking for is that link available on the same page as the submit receipt page instead of the next page where you have to find it via search or something as the dates don't go in any particular order.
Yup. That would sure help. I wonder how many shops will be kicked out because I for one have never seen ANY notification of 'electronic CPI submissions' except on forums.
