Confused about Service Intelligence

Can anyone tell me the difference between these two:

www.myserviceintelligence.com

I originally signed up with the first company, thinking that was Service Intelligence. I kept seeing jobs on Jobslinger for Service Intelligence, but these did not come up in the list of shops available to me when I logged into the "experienceexchange" site.

Today I tried to schedule one of the Service Intelligence jobs through KSS and was directed to register as a shopper at www.myserviceintelligence.com.

So I am a bit confused: which one IS Service Intelligence? The logo is the same on both sites, but it seems like on one site it's just Service Intelligence and on the other it's Service Intelligence paired up with Experience Exchange.

Can anyone explain this to me please? Thank you! smiling smiley

Service Intelligence is the experienceexchange link you show. You can apply from that page to become a shopper. Recently they have turned over scheduling for a number of their clients to KSS. Generally shoppers snag the shops directly from the SI board about as fast as they post. Evidently the SI folks found it was too time consuming (or something) to try to find shoppers to fill the jobs that were not snagged. My advice is not to bother looking at the KSS board for the SI jobs because mostly you can self assign at the SI site while with KSS you will need to put in a request. There is not real time updating between the two boards evidently, so KSS shows as available shops that have already been self assigned at SI. But SI doesn't want to hear a peep from shoppers, so they want KSS to be their buffer and field any and all shopper questions. Similarly, do not use the SI VOX system as they announced on their own forum that the VOX system is no longer monitored.
No, that is a second website of Service Intelligence. Last winter they were talking about migrating all of their shops from the experienceexchange website to their 'new website' which is commercial reporting software as opposed to their proprietary platform. As far as I can tell, only 5 of their clients have been moved to that platform and from the fact that no new clients have been moved there in quite some time, I suspect that is not working out as expected either. I believe I had to re-register there as well, but try your user name and password for the other site and see if it works there. The VOX system is on their experienceexchange website as supposedly the way to contact them.
I got confused with this too and very very worried when I didn't see my shop that I had completed that cost me 50 bucks!!!!
So I emailed an inquiry(Don't be afraid to do this, it saves ALOT of misunderstandings!)
Anyway, KSS schedules shops for over 60 different companies that use mystery shoppers. I have found some duplicates, but not many (shops listed with the companies I am signed up for).
another note is that even though you sign up with KSS, you actually put the report in at the original company, and that company also pays you, not KSS. that is why you have to sign up with the actual company if you are not already signed up. That is ok though as you will get signed up at companies you haven't signed up for and get more shop offers...
You must remember to go back to KSS and put a confirmation number in that you completed the shop.
So what I do is make a sub-accounts receiveable to KSS for any shops I do through them and note they are a KSS shop.
That is my information from KSS...
Global Compliance just sold Service Intelligence to In-Touch Insight Systems and I heard many of the staff in NC were finished working for Service Intelligence last week. I imagine that it will take a while to transition everything to them as it did when Global Compliance laid off all of the original Service Intelligence Staff in Canada and moved everything to NC.

I am hoping that with the new take over that communication and support will be better for shoppers again, as it was before Global Compliance shut down the original Service Intelligence office.
Wow! That's a step in the right direction. In-Touch is my very favorite company to work with! The schedulers are great, they pay twice per month, they respond to issues in a timely manner and they pay fair wages. I can't wait for them to take over the clients list. Woohoo! BlackAce2, you just made my day smiling smiley
So now I'm scratching my head whether I need to go apply to In-Touch. Anybody got a handy link to register?
Have ya'll signed up for them? [shop4.intouchshoppers.com] Their website it says it takes 5 days to be approved. I've been signed up for longer than 5 days and have not heard back and they don't answer the phone - only goes to voicemail.
Does anyone know if SI offers shops on for grocery stores for their paricular chain? Also does anyone know the frequency (for ex, 1 location 1 time a quarter - or what)? I see a few in my area which I shop, but there are many more I never see offered. Scheduler Marc said he just posts them as they come in to him.

THANKS for anyone's input!
WOW...I didn't have a clue, have stayed away from SI due to their problems...now I'll register with InTouch. Thanks.

I'm sorry my first sentence didn't make sense. Does anyone know how often each grocery store is shopped?

Yeah Irene, they're still offering & assigning on the SI website. Guess the transition is still going through.
Has anyone had any payment taking longer than ususal with Service Intelligence. I noticed my payment was moved up to the end of September.
Payment for shops completed in one month are made on the last business day of the following month. I suppose if your did a shop on the last day of the month or if there was a problem it might not get paid with the rest of the shops for that month, but I have never experienced that. When I complete a shop it immediately shows on the "My Invoice" part of their website and my payment always matches "My Invoice". I have never done any shops except through their ExperienceExchange reporting software.
Have not heard a thing and found their application strange...we'll see what happens.

Roughly every 2 weeks. Because some are mid-day, some evening and some weekends it doesn't work out to exactly 2 weeks, but the postings are in 2 week cycles.
I have not heard good things about In-Touch. I am hesitant to continue shopping as the interactions with the managers have not been pleasant.

I only do one shop for In-Touch but have done a bunch of them each spring for them and have found them to be super easy to work with. Actually I have only been asked for a clearer receipt once and that's about it for interaction with them. Love how often they pay too.

In-Touch not only has the link posted above but also some of their shops are in the iSecretShop phone app as well.

Shopping across Indiana but mostly around Indianapolis.
I can't speak for all of their shops, but the ones that are on iSecret here in the NE area pay half of what they pay directly through InTouch.
For here, the ones on iSecretShop are like 5 yes/no questions and upload of a receipt. They are non-reveal check of convenience store only and take 5 minutes. I can do these and leave teenager in car and come out with drinks for us on the MSC plus a little bit for myself for a "tip". The one that pays more is the typical reveal and full check out of the place and definitely takes more than 5 minutes.
