Today I got an e-mail from Dave and he wanted me to fill out a survey about what I liked or didn't like about Sentry Marketing. Did anyone else get this survey and do you think it will help some of the minor problems that we all have encountered.

I as well filled it out, have only done a couple shops for them, but think it a good thing showing he cares and maybe trying to change things. Hoping fees are raised.....

I guess the civility and understanding that Jacob wrote about in the Nimble thread does not apply to our company.

We sent the survey to all of our active shoppers. It’s important for us to be familiar with issues from the shopper’s point of view and to understand what roadblocks shoppers face in their day-to-day activity. We’ll be reporting the results of our survey in an upcoming shopper newsletter.

It’s unfortunate that some individuals have chosen to view the survey as insincere.

Dave - I got your survey, and I appreciate the opportunity to be part of it. I realize this is a time consuming and costly effort on your part to gather information. Congratulations, you have some of the better training materials I've seen. Also, thanks for your quick and courteous response to my question regarding my recent second shop with your company. I'm looking forward to the results of the survey.

I filled out the survey today and thought it was worth the effort. Overall I like Sentry and hope that my responses may lead to changes that will allow me to like them more. :-)
I got the survey and was happy to fill it out. I have done a number of shops for Sentry and appreciated having them ask for my feedback.
I was indeed being civil and a laugh was not an indicator of vengence. If I was being uncivilized I would have said a great deal more.

I agree that vengeance may not be completely accurate. Perhaps Irene should have used the work "animus" or "animosity". I believe either if these are a provide a more accurate description.
I got the survey invitation and ignored it, because I have never worked for them. Then I got a second invitation. So I filled it out. Sorry everyone if your results are skewed.
Shopperjb - Is it possible you applied to the company at some time in the past, were approved, and just never booked any shops? Can you sign in on the company website? I'm curious about how they got your email.
