{Edited} McDonald's timings (Do not reveal MSC clients)

Can someone please explain to me in English The exact timing points with McDonald's XXXXXXX shop. Exactly when to start timing went to stop. Through the drive-through and walk. I have the form from XXXx but for some reason it just doesn't sink in. BS specific as you can please. I have a shop in the morning and can't afford to mess it up. It's my first shop I'm a newbie

MODERATOR NOTE: Welcome to the forum, Mark. When you register with a MSC, you sign an Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA). That ICA prohibits you from revealing the company's clients or specific proprietary information. The guidelines of our forum also prohibit revealing the clients of MSCs. When asking about a specific shop, you may mention the client name but NOT the MSC or you may mention the MSC but you must not reveal the name of the client.

Posting Guidelines: Be honest. Add a positive contribution to the community. You are responsible for all the content of your post. Do not reveal the clients of mystery shopping companies. We're in this together. And most importantly: Have fun!

It's against the forum rules to name both the MSC and the client together. So you'll need to edit one of those (probably the MSC) out.

As for the timings. For the drive-thru you start when your car comes to a stop at the drive thru line. Then again when you get to the first window (considering it's the standard order, pay at one window, get food at the next setup), and the last timing is when you get your complete order. For the walk in it's when you get in line, then when your order is totaled, and then when you get your order.
