Due Date Confusion

Hi all! I am preparing for a shop and I want to get you alls opinion of what "due date" means. This shop is through White Clay and the Due Date is 2/4/2019. The instructions further state "Days: Any day during due Hours: any during due" My question is, would you all interpret this as the 4th of February is the ONLY day the shop can be performed? I am trying to see if I can perform it today. In the past, I have seen it explicitly stated that shop can't be performed before the due date. I sent an email to my scheduler and haven't heard anything. How would you interpret this?

I don't think they work on weekends although I could be wrong. All the shops I have done for White Clay have allowed a 2-6 day window for the shop to be done. Look on your shop log. On the left side, under the same of the client and the shop ID, there will be a start date and a due date. Are those two dates the same? If it says start date 2/4 and due date 2/4, then the answer is a definite no. If it shows start date 2/2 and due date 2/4, then the shop can be done 2/2, 2/3, or 2/4 as long as you comply with all guidelines and with any stated requirement for specific hours.

I suggest not interpreting it but asking the scheduler. Therefore, you have the answer in email form for future shops and proof if there is push back.
