You have to say this for them, they have some cojones posting here after screwing over so many shoppers.

Totally agree. Actually it is good that Helion posted in the wrong place - putting their advertisement in Introductions rather than the Job Board - because we can add our comments here......and maybe people will read the warnings.

In the original posting the fees were listed in pounds. So the answer is no and shoppers would be responsible for exchange rates and PayPal fees and any other fees a trusted company would cover as part of their cost of doing business.

It is true that we have to take the American exchange amount but I will say for the shops I did in May and was paid for in June there were no paypal fees to me.

From some of the other reports, you were the only one. One of the PayPal fees they appeared to be passing along was the currency conversion charge.

Part of the problem was Helion would not even communicate what fees were or were not being passed along so some shoppers did not really have a way to reconcile their payments.

Yeah I know its weird but I went back and checked. I did do my shops almost immediately after they started working here so perhaps that is how I got through easily and then things changed?

That could be what happened. Maybe they saw how much it was and changed their mind about bearing those costs.
