Service Excellence Group: Guide Lines

I have searched for answers on this forum about Guide Lines.

My problem. I can not open the guide lines to my shop. I have completed a hand full of shops for them. I have been a MS for about a month now. I e-mailed the scheduler 2 times. Once yesterday and once today. I also sent an e-mail to the original person who set up my account. My shop is on my personal schedule to do on 1/21/15, it is not due until 1/22/15. What else can I do?

What exactly happens when you try to open the guidelines?

Have you printed the evaluation form for your shop? Re-read the evaluation form and read your comment form, they include everything that is on/in the guidelines.

If you have done other shops for them are you sure you are in the right shop? Sometimes we are over zealous and click one the wrong one because the date appear to be similar. (Just checkinggrinning smiley)
Thank you all. Marci e-mailed me back the guide lines. Hey stillearning. What happens when I attempted to open it is, another box pops up that says open with. I tried to open it with all the options. Nothing worked.
