Most shoppers do not do overnight trips to complete shops. Those that do are doing long "routes" of many shops that they have assembled. This is not required; it is just how they want to organize their work. We are all independent contractors, so we each decide which assignments are right for us, with no penalty for not taking an offered assignment.
