Hello! I'm new to the Forum.

Hi there!
I've been mystery shopping part-time for a few years. Last year I did not do any shopping, I just worked as a tutor for adults. I started shopping again recently and had a pretty bad experience with a scheduler this week. I just wanted to start networking with other shoppers since this experience made me feel so bad. I figure I am probably not the first person to run into this kind of thing. My experiences with shopping so far have taught me to stick with good handlers and don't take jobs from the ones that need to play creepy games because they have a little power. I took a chance on a new person I didn't know and I am very concerned that this one reduced my shopper status on shopmetrics. I'm feeling frustrated and powerless to do anything about that. I would love to hear from anyone who has this kind of experience----especially how to resolve it. I had no trouble getting shops before this and I did a good job with all my work.

Welcome to the forum! One scheduler cannot adjust your status on Shopmetrics because each MSC controls its own Shopmetrics site. Shopmetrics is just a platform, not and MSC. Time to take a deep breath and to realize that the vast majority of schedulers do not do any creepy things. There are far more than 100 good MSCs. You can do a search on most of them here and find out what other shoppers have to say. However, do beware of posts by shoppers who have popped up for the first time to bash an MSC without providing any explanation.

As for shared experiences, it's hard to understand what sort of problem you had with the scheduler, so my take on how to resolve it may not fit your issue. If you provide more about what upset you, that might help.
