Hi Roseli

When I googled I was taken to this URL [www.winthropdouglas.com] and on top of it is a warning that states "Please note, we have learned our company name is being illegally used in SPAM EMAILS requesting personal contact information. We do not solicit services via email. Unless you contacted us directly, or are a member of our Trade Association Memberships, we do not send emails to unknown individuals. Please be alert and mindful to illegal SPAM EMAILS."

Have you been a victim of a scam?

Also when I googled the name "Edward Gilmore" it seems that there are a lot of obituaries associated with that name, so now knowing any delimiters it is hard to narrow it down to one living or deceased Edward Gilmore. Now that is in concert with scams. Scammers use dead people's information. Who is going to go after a dead person?

Be careful out there, and if you are ever a victim, DO NOT BY SHY about it, LET US KNOW RIGHT AWAY, and save us the hassle.

We should all cooperate in this matter to thwart any attempt and educate each other as to what is going on.

Also in the future please make sure the subject like matches what your body of the message is. Hello, made me think of you introducing yourself, but the question in your message was not clear from the subject. Many ICs will not read your message based on the subject you chose. A better one would be something like Winthrop Douglas, Inc. or Have you worked for Winthrop Douglas, Inc.? or I am having some issues with Winthrop Douglas, Inc. So if I had any dealings with said company then I will be intrigued to read what happened to you.

Just food for thought.
