Waving Hello

I am fairly new to Mystery Shopping. My name is Jenn but I go by Willow. I live far from a major city and I don't think there are many Mystery Shoppers in my area because I watched many shops go undone.
I always thought Mystery Shopping was a scam until recently when I ran into a few blogs showing proof that it works. I said why not picked up jobs that I knew I was already going to be in that area so it wouldn't be a full loss if I got ripped off.
I am going on my 3rd week and have already done a dozen shops. I have a lot of pending checks and deposits. I have received one check which surprised me. Sadly I ran into a scheduler with a chip on their shoulders. As I read many people love this company so I am saying it was a scheduler issue not the companies issue.

Welcome! The more MS companies that you sign up with the more, and more varied, the shops you will see near you. Also, look for big bonuses on shops late in the month, or in the calendar quarter, when schedulers are desperate to make their goals! You seem to be off to a great start. Enjoy!

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
It happens, Willow. I have had a few schedulers get under my skin from time to time. If the scheduler is an arse to shoppers often, she/he won't be able to fill their shops and they will either change their attitude or be out of a job with that MSC, eventually.
