Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
HI have you done any shops yet? You need to sign up with some mystery shopping companies. A good place to check out is MSPA website, too. I've taken the courses and learned some things and it refreshed some others. But I think membership is worth it.
Actually, there are more MS companies (MSCs) listed on this forum than on the MSPA site. Many fine MSCs do not belong to their lobbying arm (MSPA). You can learn for FREE here on the forums instead of looking for MSPA certificates, which mean little or nothing to most MSCs.

That was just a suggestion, I didn't say it was the only way to go. I appreciate what the MSPA does and just shared it. Of course, the forum is great but someone else had already posted a link for that so I offered the next thing that I went to when I was starting out. I have actually found that my non-payment issues have never been with an MSPA MSC, yet with one off companies that I pick up jobs for. You obviously think you're opinion is more important than mine. I don't think that way but thanks for the post!
Offering a different opinion does not equal thinking that one is more important than the other. If that is the way that you think, you may be very uncomfortable here and elsewhere where there is a free flow of ideas.

You started your post with "Actually" and ended by criticizing them as worthless. That is not a free flow ideas. That is rude.

We’ve established around here that nobody can tell you what to be offended by, but if you could refrain from whining incessantly about it, that would be great. Nobody cares that you are offended by Wales opinion.

Seriously, nobody cares that you're offended.

I thank you all and am sorry for stirring up trouble.I just didn't and still don't know if I'm suppose to get any kind of training or certification before doing a shop .I have registered with a few companies and have been offered some jobs but haven't taken any because I don't know if I should just jump in or what .
Any advice is very much appreciated.
Thank you all
Yes, just jump in! Start with one that seems fairly simple and with few, if any, up front expenses. That way the pressure will be off, you won't be out much if for some reason the shop were to be rejected.

I'm not suggesting your first shop will be rejected but I know I was pretty stressed out with my first shop since I knew they could reject it.
Thanks for the advice.im so glad for this forum think I'll get started.Nothing like swim or sink
No cost shops are the bank shops to check on opening an account. You mostly do not need to open an account but even on those, the money is still yours that you opened it with. You can keep the account open or eventually close it after a certain amount of time. have noticed one thing if you open an account to do teller shops you can not have the MSC that shops at the bank do a DD to the same account for some reason. Though you can have a DD go to a different bank that you sometimes shop. At one time I had so many accounts open that I had completely forgotten about an account that charged you fees until all of the money that I had deposited was gone. Now I do not do that anymore.
