new to the forum

I am new to this so bear with me, I really need to let someone know what a bad experience I had at a local post office in Harford County, Md. I walked in one morning last week, and the clerk ws on her cell phone when she came out from the back after I waited at the counter for about 5 minutes, and she came out on her cell phone doing something on it. She seemed bothered that I was there, she was not polite or genuinely interested in helping me, she just wanted me out of there and the sooner the better. I asked her when my priority package would get to its destination, and she responded "look on the receipt" and she said it in a way that she did not want to be bothered anymore. Very bad experience so if I was a mystery shopper evaluating the post office that post office needs to get that clerk on the right track.

Mystery shoppers don't choose which locations they will evaluate. The mystery shopping companies are given a list of locations by the client and we do choose from that list. Instead of the off chance a pro has a similar experience, as a customer you can report the incident directly to the Post Office.

That's sucky customer service. If you want to make money to report on good or bad service, sign up with some companies (list at bottom of page). Wishing you luck.
There are companies that do post office shops, start signing up with companies form the Official List of Mystery Shopping Companies below. You might get a chance to get paid to do a shop to evaluate that post office.
