What to do when mystery shopper does not pay with in time frame of 60 days

These are Deepawli days but shop is not crediting over due amount ( beyond sixty days) under a plea that their client has not yet paid their dues .
I have mailed them that assignment was given by you not their client hence either collect payment from your client or pay from your own pocket to keep the sanity of Business .
Unfortunately neither the mail is replied nor payment is credited . Please advise.

What is the pay schedule of the MSC? Do they state that they pay within 60 days? Some companies pay 60 days after client acceptance of the report, so it can be 70 days or so before payment is sent. What is the name of the MSC? (don't mention the client name). Maybe others have experience with that company and can provide an email or phone number.
The agreements I have is that the company does not pay me until the client pays them. Maybe that is the same agreement you have with your company.
There are many MSCs that do not, as a matter of policy, pay in 60 days. Check your ICA. There are also some MSCs that do not pay on time, in accordance with their stated terms, as a matter of policy. There are some MSCs that will never pay no matter how many lawyers one hires. And then there are some MSCs which are not MSCs but rather fronts for fraud artists.
